Traditional mental, physical and emotional medical treatments generally neglect certain important aspects of participants’ needs.  Factors that could enhance progress or quality of life including, but not limited to: nutrition, stress management, relaxation techniques and exercise may be overlooked.  Holistic approaches to health treatments focus on treating the person as a whole.  These treatments provide additional tools that assist in strengthening the mind, body and spirit and guide the person and their family to better cope with the challenges they may be currently facing.

The Trancephormations philosophy is to treat the individual as a whole and provide a variety of support that will enhance participants health and overall well being, with as little discomfort as possible.  Some of the therapies that have currently been identified as complimentary and beneficial in the support of mind, body and spirit and are provided by Trancephormations include CranioSacral Therapy, AcuPoint Stimulation, the Kinesio Taping ® Method and Reiki.

For the individual who wants to exercise all of his or her options for treatment of an illness, holistic therapies offer options to traditional treatment modalities. Treatment of the whole persons provides additional tools that help strengthen the mind, body and spirit and help the person and the family better able to cope with illness and disability.
